Tubular
elements of proper rating, material and shape can be applied to most heating applications
requiring process temperatures to 750 oC ( 1382 oF ).
Elements may be clamped, immersed, cast into metal or spaced away from the work as radiant heaters. Elements can also be positioned in ducts or vessels for heating air or other gases. The heating elements listed in table are normally stocked at the factory for shipment within 48 hours. ( If sufficient lead time is available, it is advisable to order a custom element to meet your specific requirements.
Output wattage will depend on the supply voltage. Stocked elements can be formed and fitted with terminals to suit your needs. The hated lenghts are fixed as tabulated but the cold lenght can be specified from 40 mm ( 1.6" ) to 150 mm ( 5.9" ).
