HEATROD TEMPERATURE CONTROLLED CARTRIDGE HEATERS |
APPLICATION ADVANTAGES
HEATROD Cartridge Heaters are developed with Internal Over Temperature Control. Internal thermostats or thermal fuses offer space savings over conventional methods and eliminate the need for additional mounting and hook-up. Units can be designed for over temperature protection, temperature control, or automatic heater start-up.
Kelvins engineering staff will work closely with you to economically develop the proper temperature setting for your application. This process simply involves testing a heater with a thermocouple located in a "dummy" thermostat or thermal fuse to determine the proper temperature setting. Kelvin stocks devices to make this prototype testing process as easy and fast as possible.

CHARACTERISTICS
HEATROD can also be designed with internal sensors such as RTD's, thermocouples or thermistors.
Thermostats and thermofuses with UL, CSA, and TUV/VDE available. Consult Kelvin for further information.
