LOW DENSITY CARTRIDGE HEATERS

Table of Contents

APPLICATIONS

Where watt densities of less than 45 watts/square inch can be used

EXAMPLES

Including but not limited to Dies, Heat Sealing, Labeling, Packaging, and Molding

CHARACTERISTICS

STANDARD LEAD CONFIGURATION

Lead Option 1 Internally connected leads with 12" of fiberglass lead wire.
Lead Option 2 Tin plated copper braid protects fiberglass leads from abrasion. The braid is silver soldered in place.
Lead Option 3 Galvanized conduit protects fiberglass leads from sharp objects. The hose is silver soldered in place.
Lead Option 4 High temperature beads cover internally connected pins.
Lead Option 5 Right angle hose protects leads from sharp objects or small amounts of contaminants in area where space is limited.
Lead Option 6 Right angle braid offers lead flexibility and abrasion protection where space is limited.
Lead Option 7 Post terminals are designed for applications requiring a fast connection using leads, spade terminals, or bus bars. 1/2", 5/8", and 3/4" diameters available

Consult Kelvin for other available lead configurations.
