HEATCOIL HEATERS LEAD OPTIONS

STANDARD LEAD TYPES

Type 0: Leads Exit straight out of the heater
Type 1: The leads are protected with fiberglass sleeving
Type 3: The leads are protected with stainless steel metal braid
Type 5: The leads are protected with stainless steel hose

ADDITIONAL LEAD OPTIONS

A ground wire is available in all types A.

Type J thermocouple can be located internally.

LEAD EXITS

The lead can exit is a variety of orientation once the heaters are coiled. The three most common are shown below.

We do not recommended the heaters be shaped more than once. The lead connection and the first 0.250" should not be deformed.
