                 Type 1

is our standard heater construction. Post terminals with 1/4-20 threads are securely fastened to the resistance coil.

lead arrangement offers excellent abrasion resistance and provides for simple wiring installation. The high temperature flexible leads exit the heater together through a protective flange and a single stainless steel braid near one end of the band.

                        Type 5

                  Type 6

offers the greatest resistance to heat, moisture, and abrasion while remaining flexible. The leads exit together through a stainless steel hose near one end of the band. Like Type 5 leads, this design provides for a simple wiring installation.

Type 7

is recommended for applications where abrasion resistance is not a factor. The leads exit the heater near the enclosed end through a protective flange and a single fiberglass sleeve.
